The day-to-day running of the school is done by the MANAGEMENTS comprising the Principal of the college, the Head-teacher of the primary section, the School Manager and the Heads of Departments.

Manaar-ul-Huda’s academic staff are divided into two parts – the Islamic and the Secular departments. Each of them is headed by a management member, the HOD. As teachers are headed by the Head of Secular Department (HSD), Ustazhs are headed by the Head of Islamic Department (HID).

The least qualification possessed by our teachers is the NCE, even at pre-basic level. Majority of our teachers are degree holders. However, qualification is just an integral part of the criteria for employing teachers - competence, efficacy, methodology and experience are all accorded priority. And our teachers are periodically trained both internally and externally for improvement on the job.

The Islamic teachers are not only qualified but also very competent to impart knowledge. To be an Islamic teacher in the school, an Ustazh must be a memorizer and eloquent reciter of the Qur’an and communicates properly in Arabic..

The Non-Academic Staff are headed by the School Manager. Members of the department are usually trained in human relations. They include: Caregivers (also known as Hostel Masters and Mistresses), Administrative Officers, Cooks, Cleaners, Security Officers, Martial Arts Instructor etc.
